Beautiful Peaceful Three Bedroom Home with Views
- Welcome... Desert Serenity is a brand new home and was complete in December of 2018. Come and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer, in comfort, while staying in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by incredible mountain views.
La Verkin is centrally located to all that Southern Utah has to offer. Our home is 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. We are located only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you will have access to most water sports, endless ATV trails and sand dunes. Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located only minutes away while Coral Canyon Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are within 40 minutes. There are also countless trails for hiking and biking. For those interested in shopping and entertainment you can be in Saint George in 25 minutes, catch a live show at Tuacahn in 45 minutes and be in downtown Las Vegas in 2 hours. For the colder months, visit Brian Head Ski Resort located about 90 minutes away.
