"loved that the breakfast was at the restaurant and included in the cost of the room. loved the room. the DVD rentals was a hit with the kids. pool was chilly, but fun. phone didn't work in the room, but the staff was great to look into getting it fixed. walking distance to many food options. loved being able to check out & leave the car at the hotel to explore Zion. shuttle pickup right in front of the hotel. Loved the air fragrance they had for the hallway area. would stay here again. comfortable rooms."

"The bed was uncomfortable.. the bathroom door was barely hanging on and would not close. When we woke in the morning to get ready for the day the bathroom ceiling was leaking everywhere. right under the toilet seat. My husband had to get up off the toilet because it started leaking on him.. We had to leave so we didn’t even shower or anything in there. The staff did offer to let us use another room to shower and get ready but by then we already had to be on our way out. (Scheduled activities.) It was an accessible room also by the way. Other than that, we slept ok and rested for one night. But would never stay here again. Rather go somewhere else"

"First time stay but will not be my last ! Upon arrival the staff was immediately very friendly and informative. Through my time I enjoyed a tidy room , prompt 6am breakfast ( coffee even earlier ) and throughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub , the view from which was awesome. Could not be happier with my stay all around ! "

"Bunk beds were a little squeaky every time my daughter was sleeping and rolled over it woke her up, but other than that it was great! (We didn’t use the pool and short 1 night stay)."
