"Stayed Friday to Sunday in Mid-April. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Ram, who served us when we had dinner in Bonetti's restaurant, was very nice and pleasant. The room was a good size, however the mattress was rather hard, but I still managed to fall asleep, and felt rested in the morning. As mentioned above, we ate at Bonetti's restaurant, where the food was really good. The next day, we had our evening meal at Jersey Joe's, an American style diner a la 50s. The food here, too, was good. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a selection of bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns, and other typical english breakfast food items, along with bread, yogurts, cereals, pancakes, fruit, and pastries. For guests the pool next door is free to use. Great for families, as the indoor pool area is designed for kids. It's a short walk to the beach and also town, via beautiful Howard Davies Park. Well worth a stay."

"From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was excellent, the Suite we had featured a lovely Jacuzzi bath and large dressing area. Staff helpful, especially the waiters, Wide choice of Breakfast items - something for everyone. Dinner and Wine Menus were varied and all very good at sensible prices. 10 mins walk into the centre. We enjoyed Dinner on Jazz night (fri) and the duet the following evening in the Bar. All warmly recommended- thank you"

"We had a lovely stay. Room was great although parts of the hotel are a little tired but being renovated in time for summer. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I would stay with Best Western in Jersey again."
