"Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Lovely breakfast and plentiful.Best places to visit and good pubs to eat at. Very central to visit many places including Fowey, Mevagissey and the Eden project.
We had a lovely time"
"Welcoming staff, this continued for the 4 days of our stay , signature room overlooking the harbour was great, breakfast was of high quality and to be recommended, if we visit this area of Cornwall again, it will have to be The Rashleigh"
"Really nice first class hotel everything as you would expect for the money
Nothing to complain about great breakfast great staff
Not cheap but worth it"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the condition of the tennis courts. We specifically looked for a hotel with a tennis court and the photos on the website looked great. Unfortunately the courts seem to have been neglected. Only one had a net and the surface was really not safe to play on. I think the misleading photos need removing from the website, or the courts need attention. Other than that we had a great stay. The gym and pool areas are great."
"I had a great stay at The Kingswood St Austell. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were absolutely fabulous—friendly, welcoming and always happy to help."

"The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for 2 people. A lovely welcome gift was waiting for us which was well appreciated after the drive there. All appliances were top notch. The beach is 5 mins away and we did some great kayaking there. Lovely (but sometimes challenging) walk to Mevagissey was a highlight.Would fully recommend. A fantastic week. Thank you to the hosts for being so welcoming and friendly."
