Seaside at Anastasia! \`Location, location, location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just steps away from the beach, fishing pier, restaurants & shopping. This gorgeous 3rd floor unit overlooks the pond & pool with some fantastic horizon views of the ocean. This is one of the best units in the complex with true southern exposure! Sunrise to sunset, the balcony is fabulous! This condo was just recently purchased and redecorated for the 2021 season! The unit is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen TV and smaller flat screens in each bedroom. High speed wireless internet is included as well. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, fitness room, an elevator and designated parking. When you are finish the day at the beach, take off for some sightseeing. The condo\`s location on the northern tip of the island offers a quick trip to historic downtown St. Augustine. Entire unit. The owners and a site manager are always available for any issues or problems you may encounter. Seaside at Anastasia Condominium complex is located in north St Augustine Beach. There are Numerous Local Restaurants, Shops, Grocery Stores on the Island for your convenience. It’s an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The pool is very nice, although a little small for the number of units in the complex. The only thing that could use some work is the bed in the main bedroom. The mattress sags in the middle, and the foot of the bed is a bit higher than the head. There was everything you needed to spend time on the beach...including beach towels and chairs. The Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pots and pans and utensils. If planning to do a lot of cooking, you will need to bring your own spices and seasonings. They do have a Keurig on site, but no complementary K-cups or sugar. We were close to everything: beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the farmers market across the street—super sweet fruits and fresh vegetables and baked goods. The condo was beautiful and more spacious than I expected. The location was amazing and the balcony was super peaceful. It was also very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of seven. We had so much fun and would gladly stay again next time we come to the area! ##### Emily P. Pool was so nice. Close proximity to shops and good food...you could easily walk to many. A few of our favorites... Crabby's, Island Donuts and Antonio's.Make sure to visit historical St Augustine. Our favorite place, hands down,Mantanzas Inlet, one of the most beaches that I have seen. Worth the short 20 minute drive.
