(This does not apply to service animals): \- $225 for the 1st pet, $125 for additional pet per stay. These fees are non-refundable. \- All breeds accepted \- Pets must be responsive to owner commands, stay off furniture, and not bark excessively. \- Pet owners must pick up and dispose of pet excrement in the provided trash receptacles. \- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. \- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio. Interaction with Guests: Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office.
