Living space
Inside, restored hardwood floors, exposed brick, and craftsman-style finishes carry the character of the building through every room. The living area is a calm, comfortable space to decompress after a day of exploring — well-suited for reading, catching a show on the HDTV with Roku, or simply doing nothing at all. Board games are on hand for a low-key evening in.
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed dressed in quality linens and features its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, also with quality linens. Both rooms are positioned away from the street, and sound machines and fans are provided for guests who prefer a quieter night's sleep. The home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and casual entertaining — granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a handcrafted wooden range hood, dishwasher, electric stove, single oven, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A dining table seats the group, and a full bar setup is available upon request.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring tiled glass showers, farm-style sinks, and distinctive wallpaper that gives each space its own character. The master ensuite is private to that bedroom; the second bathroom is located off the hallway, directly adjacent to the guest room. Hair dryer, hot water, and all standard essentials are included.
The veranda
Step outside onto the wrap-around veranda and take in the street-level energy of King Street below. Whether it's morning coffee, an afternoon read, or an evening wind-down, the covered outdoor dining area means the space is usable in any weather.
Location
Sitting at the corner of King Street in the heart of Downtown St. Augustine, the apartment is ideally placed for exploring the historic district on foot. The private entrance and two complimentary off-street parking spaces make arrivals and day trips straightforward.

Self check-in is available via keypad. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. This property is managed by a local host company.
