We were greeted with a very friendly host. We arrived a little late and when she said they have happy hour 4-5 which we missed she still offered us a glass of wine and some sweet cake. Being in historic downtown was awesome and very walkable to St. George st I so enjoyed that. Our room was amazing and very Victorian and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Ellie was very kind and gracious. Enjoyed it all and would stay there again

The room, bed & balcony were awesome & memorable. Although we checked in late, the hostess was gracious & awesome. The breakfast was delicious & made with care. If we return to St Augustin, this will be our place to go to, just off the beaten path & away from the craziness. An absolute gem, just lovely. My wife & I couldn't be happier.
Quaint, charming B&B with wonderful staff and breakfasts.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good. We were surprised about the unkempt appearance of the outside and the interiors are definitely vintage. Struggled with the TV remotes and sent a message for assistance and did not receive a response. The next day we discovered the water was off at a most inopportune time - again sent a message a received no response - went to the common area and ran into the house manager and she let us know about the water and helped with the TV situation. Water restored later that day. Don’t know if we would book here again.
The breakfast was delicious and a lot of comfort food but balanced with fruit, meat options, bread with coffee and tea. Parking is difficult because it is small but its a bed and breakfast so that's expected.
Also, there's one caveat, it would be best if they had an ice maker.
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, rustic old Bed and Breakfast.

The location is good. The service is not good. There is no staff except breakfast which only lasts one hour. That means there is no open area you can stay. No water. You must wait at least 30 minutes if there is some problem in your room.
The room was very cute and the location was great. Staff was nice. Improvements should be made to the water pressure as it barely trickled out. There was minimal hot water and it appeared the air conditioner wasn’t working either. It was cool so we opened the windows but it was terribly loud outside. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again.
Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site.
