"Breakfast was very good with many options and the bar food was decent, however the Cantina restaurant (pool bar) was only open when the weather was sunny and there was very little “resort” feel unless the weather was perfect. With the pool bar closed, guests were told to order from the Rhum Bar, but when I asked for a virgin pina colada for my daughter, I was told they could not make one because they didn’t have a blender. That’s pretty offensive given I paid over $600/night. Buy a blender, I’m pretty sure you can afford one."

"The breakfast was fresh but the menu could be a wider variety. All they had on the hot food was scrambled eggs and under cooked sausage patties. We been to other locations that give mini omelets that my family love. The hotel, as well as the room were cleaned perfectly. The halls were nice and fresh with a pleasant scent. The grounds outside were nice and clean with cleaning staff on top of cleaning. The front desk staff were all pleasant to deal with. "

"The staff was nice and professional. They have nice pool area but it is small, the gym was nice also. There was no business center with printer etc. but they did offer a computer. We didn’t try breakfast but it was always full. Close to historic area very walkable. "
