Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our quiet and peaceful first floor apartment with full kitchen. Queen Size bed and sofa / bed. Very short walk (100 Yards) to shops, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either Vilano beach or St. Anastasia State Park. This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The TV in the apt only plays NETFLIX, the directions for the TV are in the apartment. There is no charge for any of the movies or shows on NETFLIX. Washer and dryer (coin-op) The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of St. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large Victorian style homes to small quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Castillo Fort, bay front and the rest of historic St. Augustine. Walking, bike, scooter, taxi, Sunshine Bus Company. Two Bikes are included for exploring. This place is small but cute. It's a short walk to downtown and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. We wanted somewhere we could walk to St. George street from and this was the perfect location. Quick and easy walk there and back. The place was just as described and the pictures were accurate. Couch was comfy, we enjoyed a quick Power Nap on it! Very clean and had all the essentials. There is a designated parking space which is fantastic. The AC unit is only in the living room as someone else stated but we left the bedroom door open and had the fan on and it kept the bedroom a decent temperature as well. The bed itself was a little hard for my usual liking and dipped in the middle a bit, but overall it was fine and I slept okay. Bathroom and kitchen had all the essentials. My only suggestion would be getting a shower stand or shower basket to set soap and shampoo bottles in inside the shower. Overall everything was great! We would definitely stay again!
