  • Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transport around the city.

    Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

    If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options. Free on-site parking is provided next to the house!

Very nice apartment. Could not ask for a better location. The place was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. We also really liked the artwork on the walls. There’s a deck and a porch which were also just lovely. We were able to sit on the front porch and listen to the music coming from the wine bar across the street. We were very grateful to have a parking space that came with the apartment.

Location location. We were able to park and not move the car to explore all of historic St Augustine. The drive to the beach is short and easy. The apartment was excellent and the host quick to respond if needed. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.

The host was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions. The rental is so comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. The host provides coffee, cream and sugar which is wonderful! The rental is right in town, so convenient! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again on our travels.
