Close by are golf courses and supermarkets (M&S, Morrisons, Aldi). The property has a front and rear garden. The garden to the rear is an enclosed private garden which isn't overlooked, with a large brick BBQ. From the rear garden there is a gate which opens onto a lovely park with a community orchard. There is off-street parking in the driveway. The property has Wifi. The property is over two levels. The rooms are bright and freshly decorated. There are contemporary furnishings throughout the property. The accommodation comprises a large living / dining room, with three 3 seat sofas and a 50" smart TV. The dining table can seat 8 people.
