Just a short walk from the centre of this historic town, Pipelands Road is ideally situated for easy access to town, as well as East Sands beach and the main supermarkets, including M&S, Aldi and Morrisons.
The apartment itself compromises of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other king size, both equipped with ample storage for clothes. The master bathroom compromises of a modern suite and a large shower cubicle. In addition, lounge area boasts views over the St Andrews Bowling Green, towards the Kinness Burn. The lounge leads you to the kitchen/diner, equipped with all the essential appliances required to make the most of your self-catered stay, including a washer dryer, and a dining table with seating for up to 4 guests.
There is a private baclony off of one of the bedrooms equipped with chairs to enjoy some summer sun! There is free parking available to the front of the building.
