Best Location in St. Andrews

  • Located in the heart of St. Andrews just a few short blocks from the first tee at The Old Course, this flat offers comfort and convenience for exploring the town as well as easy access to the University. Shops, restaurants and markets are just a stroll away from the front door. Historical sites including the cathedral ruins, castle and museums are all within walking distance. The building was constructed in 1771, relatively new by St. Andrews standards, where the University itself is 600 years old. The 65 square meter dwelling has two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen and can accommodate 4 adults. The living room features a beautiful bay window, fireplace and comfortable seating for conversation and cuddling up on the couch with a great book. Amenities include wireless internet service, flat-screen TV and stereo. The Kitchen contains all modern appliances and cookware. The flat was completely renovated in 2013.
