"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "

We really enjoyed this location as it is central for toying around the city. The train station is very close and there's even someone in there to answer questions and help you with tickets."

We felt unsafe and had to cancel 2 nights without a refund, then moved to another hotel for peace of mind. I wanted to save a few bucks but ended up paying more because of this mistake.
