We were incorrectly charged on nearly every bill so make sure to be very careful about checking the receipts before signing! The lock on our door stopped working so we couldn’t get in without maintenance and on our final morning we booked a buggy to get us to the lobby with our bags that never showed up so we had to speed walk through the resort with bags, toddler & pram to check out and make our airport transfer. Overall, I’m glad we did a visited other hotel restaurants & did a day trip so we know Fiji is beautiful, we just picked wrong with accom and would stay somewhere else next time even if it meant not having the separate living space during naps (which was the main selling point here)."
