This is our second stay at this hotel, and I would easily stay again. The entire staff was friendly, the property was busy and always clean. It is a very well maintained property. It's off the top interstate and secluded in a quiet corner of the shopping area. This makes for a quiet area close enough to everything. Even the breakfast was wonderful!

We were welcomed kindly by the desk staff. Our room was very clean, & we very much appreciated the hotel being fully non smoking as well as cleaning products not leaving a perfume type of scent. Breakfast offered a nice variety.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance items that needed taken care of. Housekeeping policies were stated one way in the room, but that was contradicted by someone at the front desk who said housekeeping was compulsory. Breakfast was limited; if you arrive after 8:30 pickings were a bit slim and staff were reluctant to restock.

Didn’t stay for long, but checking in was a breeze and it was a great property! The parking lot was shared with a few hotels and people had to park illegally. It was frustrating coming back from the hospital late and having to put my car in an unsafe spot.

The staff is polite and accommodating; they handle every issue as if they were experiencing it themselves. I found them very sincere and genuine when I had a problem checking in. I only go to this place because I trust it. I stay here each time I visit Springfield.

The room was very clean compared to other hotels in the same price range..no fitness center or pool, but the cleanliness and quiet rooms made up for that. Its right next to target, walmart, crumbl, yummy bowl, and starbucks!

Rooms are REALLY small! We had two queen beds and the room is super basic. Pillows are flat, blankets are paper thin. No clocks in the room either. This is annoying! No pool or hot tub in the hotel. Bathroom is INCREDIBLY small, shower was gross. We didnt want to use it because of how dirty it looked? I mean, we could've, but I definitely would have wore flip flops inside it. Breakfast was decent. If this is the 'new' trend with hotels, it sucks.
