This property sits on Beaver lake and during certain times of the year ( early fall and winter) the lake levels change, should you have any questions feel free to discuss further prior to booking. Please note that the property is located down a little over 1 mile of county maintained gravel road that is easily navigated by cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Also every effort is made to ensure the decor and amenities match accurately at all times in relation to the listing pictures but some times things happen and we may have a different color pillow or throw blanket than advertised. Central location to Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, Eureka Springs and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer!

We loved this house and all that it had to offer. Everything was clean and the kitchen was wells stocked for us to cook all our meals. Access to the lake was easy.
Beautiful place! The hosts ensure you have everything you need. Especially loved the kayaks and paddle boards available and easy access to the water. The children’s accessories were a big plus!
Perfect size for our family and the setting on the lake is just lovely. Thank you for the fishing poles and paddleboards being available. We had a wonderful time. The home is lovely and comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
This property worked well for our purpose which was to have access to the lake for kayaking and paddle boarding. It’s not the best location for pure swimming but that’s not what we were after. The house itself was really quite lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and clean. Thank you for a nice weekend.
The host was welcoming before we arrived, noting a great place to pick up a grocery order ahead of time. The house had everything you could possibly need and it was of great quality. There was lots of room for the kids to play and explore and we used the kayaks multiple times a day. It's a big of a walk/climb to get them down to the lake, but so worth it! We wanted a home away from home, and that's exactly what we got!
We had a wonderful, relaxing time here. This was a perfect place for our family of 5. Beautiful view, easy and quick access to the dock, lots of experience with wildlife. We had a wonderful trip. Thanks for sharing this beautiful cabin with us!

The house was unbelievably clean. The quality of amenities was amazing, right down to the bath tissue. A great get away. Quite and secure. Excellent Host.
The house was so clean and comfortable. So many cute touches and conveniences. The large back patio was great for relaxing and the kids loved having campfires. Would love to come back!
We enjoyed our stay at Beaver Lake in a private setting. The property was very nice with a comfortable great room and spacious kitchen. it’s about a 20 minute drive to Springdale to restaurants and supermarkets.
Love the cabin on the lake. Comfortably sleeps 7, nice kitchen, decks are really nice, loved the back deck and fire pits. Had some rain day 1 but we were able to get out with the paddle boards provided on day 2, lots of fun.
This property is locally owned and it shows. Don and his family take pride in making your stay in their house very pleasant. Starting with great communications to the interior that is recently updated one end to the other. Fantastic place. A little adventure getting there, but hey it’s Arkansas have fun.
This home is spectacular and the hosts have thought of absolutely everything you may need to make your trip complete. We had so much fun down at the lake and getting to use the paddle boards and kayaks that the host has available. Don was quick to respond on a question I had and appreciated his kindness. Highly recommend and hope to visit there again soon.
Our stay at Luxurious Log could not have been more perfect. The serenity of its setting is beyond words. It accommodated our family of 7 (including two toddlers) very well. The host, Don, had great communication and was very gracious and had the house equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend.
Everything about this home is amazing! All the extras inside and out of the home were amazing to have. Great place to relax with family and friends! Don was always a text away with info about our stay or extras. We will be back! This place is a little slice of heaven!
Lovely and spacious log cabin with everything you could want in a kitchen. I mean EVERYTHING. A gigantic gas range and plenty of dining space. Also very comfy beds.
It was a little chilly for outdoor activities but there was a big fireplace in the living room we used every night.
This cabin is beautiful inside. Waking up to the amazing lake views and deer. All the amenities are fantastic. World class bathrooms and a chefs dream of a kitchen. We also loved the mud room and will definitely bring our dog next time. Your hosts are beyond attentive and respectful! This is a must do!
I can’t say enough good things about this home. It was such a welcome break away from our house in town. This home has been so well designed. The master bath seems like a spa. They thought of so many things to make the guests feel comfortable. There were kids books and toys, the Keurig, the area for pets, the plethora of movies, the fire pit….shall I go on? The owners are very communicative as well. I would absolutely stay here again.
Thanksgiving lakeside log cabin was a terrific location for my family. My daughter attends University of Arkansas and my son is army. This gave us very comfortable meet up place. Secluded and very comfortable with large tv in living room with over sized couch. Kitchen was large with island perfect to create our thanksgiving meal. Then hang out for football games.Owner was always prompt in answering any questions I had both before and during stay. Would definitely recommend to others.
We had an amazing time at the cabin. The weather wasn't great but we didn't mind. We built fires in the fireplace, played board games, and relaxed. The cabin had EVERYTHING we could have ever needed -- down to the smallest details -- kid's plates in the kitchen, step stools in each bathroom so our youngest could reach the sinks, plenty of firewood and firestarter, great bath products, even board games to play. Our kids didn't want to leave to go back home! We will definitely be back -- and soon!
We all enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. It was very relaxing to sit on the huge back porch with a view of the lake. The dock was fun to swim at. However, it is a shared dock with 3 or 4 other houses so it got very crowded to the point that we ended up not swimming and hanging out on the lake as much as we would have liked because there were sometimes 20 kids, pets and adults hanging out on the small dock. One family was so rude that they moved our stuff off the table we were using and just completely took over it without even asking. This isn't the fault of our VRBO owner but potential renters should be aware that they don't have use of a completely private dock.
Came into town with friends to watch the Hogs take on Tennessee. We usually stay on campus but wanted to do some exploring of the lake area. This is our first time staying on Beaver. We thought the kids would join us and take advantage of the water activities but they wound up staying on campus this time, so we really didn’t use any of the (many) provided water toys. We did think the house sat directly on the water, with a view but it didn’t, still that did not take away from the comfort or quality of the property. The house is SO well appointed, it truly is like being at home. From toiletries to towels to kitchen amenities, it just had everything you could possibly need to stay, and to entertain. The beds and couch were of superior comfort, and the master bath shower was A++ for water pressure and temp. The decor is modern farmhouse and very tastefully done. We did not use the other bedroom upstairs with the bunk beds but I did go check it out and it’s the perfect space for several kids/teens or even adults to share, with plenty of space and its own en suite bathroom. We will definitely be saving this home in our favorites!
Don and his family are WONDERFULLY kind hosts. This is a GREAT, somewhat, off the beaten path location with the creature comforts of home. Excellent find, sooo glad we stayed here and my family can not wait to go back. Home looks exactly as pictured, 3 bed, 3 bath. We enjoyed early morning Ozark sunrises on the deck and listening to the sounds of nature as we ate breakfast/drank our morning coffee. The kitchen literally has everything you need (which was nice). No need to go to the store to buy and replace what was used or even purchase for a 1 cook use. This home took us out of the city and allowed us to recharge, relax and rest. WiFi worked almost too good; allowing multi ppl to stream music, zoom, send emails and watch Netflix all simultaneously. Thank you Don, for offering your lovely gem of a home. We are soooo glad to have been a visitor & although I wish we could keep your property a secret, so it’s avail for us, I wish you and your family much VRBO success bc this home is truly a GREAT FIND that is wonderfully priced for its amenities & location.
Side note: we could not find the path the the lake, but I’m sure if I would have reached out to Don he would have swiftly responded with directions to get us there.
The only downside for my family stay was we were not there long enough.
