Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA. Spacious parking, surrounded by a beautiful green space on 15 acres. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway, bike trails and 8.5 miles away from XNA airport. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of any kind. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. Host lives upstairs. Free disc golf course on property. Please park on the left side of the driveway and keep the middle and right side garage spaces open. There is ample parking and it is okay to use the grass on the left if needed. There is one flight of stairs to access the front door.
