"First I was greeted very nice by a staff member and I he also upgraded me to a bigger room for free, Pool was nice for a dip. Very easy going place, would stay again Also not far for things needed. Thank you"

"Nice room and comfy bed. Fireplace great during winter (major attraction for my booking) and good size spa with surround sound to watch TV was excellent (wasn’t initially what I was after but turned out to be great). But tight road to get into if you have a large vehicle, rooms aren’t serviced daily until 5th day of stay (would’ve at least been nice to get more coffee each day), sink drained very very slowly, very little bench space beside sink, kitchen cupboard door slightly unhinged meaning always needing to open both doors just to access cutlery draw which was behind one if the doors, two small fridges instead of one larger one (was ok but forget about stocking up too much for an extra long weekend). But nice stay and I’m glad I stayed although wasn’t a bargain price."

"This hotel went above and beyond to make my stay a very memorable one. Wonderful service all the way from the text message I received to advise me that my room was ready early, to the lovely staff at my check in and check out. The room was warm, spacious and very clean and I had a prefect stay."
