  • Independent apartment set in a private village (Borgo) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto City of Art. Suitable for couples with or without children and groups of friends, who want to relax in nature enjoying a beautiful unspoiled landscape, playing outdoor sports. Numerous activities on site: Spoleto-Norcia bike path, mountain bikes available for free, tennis and horse riding, etc.
    The apartment is on two levels with garden and private terrace covered by pergola and overlooking a beautifull land view.
    On the first floor: entrance from the terrace, large living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table for six people, one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroon with bathtub.
    On the second floor in the tower: one bedroom with double bed.
    Total sleeps maximum 6.
    Size of apartment: 100 sqm. Terrace 40 sqm.
    Minimum stay 3 days.

Awesome stay in a mediaeval tower surrounded by nature

We had a great stay! The location is simply wonderful. Beautiful views all around. Great equipped house (we loved that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine). Friendly guardian and owner. Lovely lake for swimming in the woods. Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the Italian countryside. Great location to explore Umbrian cities like Spoleto, spello and Assisi

Authentic Umbrian charm. Beautiful building and surroundings

Possibly the prettiest location we have ever stayed. Very rustic, not overly well-equipped but it was fine for us, and well worth the cost. Notes were a little sketchy and we spent a couple of days acclimatising. Would have liked to have a chat with the owner about what was around etc., but he was away for most of our stay and the caretaker spoke little English.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub in einem abgeschiedenen schönen altem Haus

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet und bietet Ruhe und einen tollen Blick von der weinumrankten Terrasse. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut (nur auf italienisch) und es wurde einmal pro Woche sauber gemacht. Spoleto und Umgebung ist einfach sehr schön, tolle Orte und eine grüne Landschaft. Besonders die Felder um Castellucio haben uns gut gefallen. Die Fahrt nach Spoletto mit den Fahrrädern vom Haus war anstrengender als gedacht (5 km bergab).

Traumhafter Ort

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Turm verbracht. Der Ort ist einzigartig, fast wie in einem Wildlife-Resort. Von der Terrasse aus kann man Rehe und Wildschweine beobachten und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Für das Baden im Schwinmteich war es im April zu kalt, aber er liegt wunderbar im Wald. Hinter dem Grundstück liegt die ehemalige Zugstrecke Spoleto-Nocera, auf der man in 1,5 Stunden über Brücken und durch kleine Tunnel nach Spoleto laufen kann. Ein Supermarkt ist günstig am Ortseingang gelegen. Wir haben jeden Abend den offenen Kamin genossen. Wir kommen wieder!
