It was what I expected for what I paid. Was literally there just to sleep 1 night on a road trip. Arrived very late and appreciated the 24 hr attended front desk to be able to check in. The first room I got, the wall controller for the AC unit didn’t work and the toilet promptly overflowed - but the front desk lady was very apologetic and got me another room right away. The bed and bathroom were clean and there was no odor in the room. It’s not in the greatest part of town, which I think is reflected in the price - but we were able to park right out front and it was well lit, so felt safe. The curtains were good for blocking light / allowing sleep and they also help muffle street / traffic noise. Which I’m not a light sleeper, so that didn’t bother me - but if you are a light sleeper, might want to bring some ear plugs.
This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.

It was in a good location. A little run down, but clean. The parking lot was very small. The room was nice, ok for a night. Strong lotion smell in our room and the hotel had a cleaning smell.
Absolutely nothing boutique about this hotel. Homeless everywhere, room stunk like gym socks, not even close to the room advertised in the pictures. Will not be returning
No one was at the front counter in my he morning when I attempted to ask them to hold my suitcase upon ending my stay. Also, there were no towels in my room and when I called downstairs at 7:30 AM I was told I had to come down and get the towels which w as not a possibility given I had just stepped out of the shower! Also while checking in, I had to stand at the front desk for five or so minutes, waiting for the employee to load some things into the computer, and there was a second representative at another computer that did not offer to check me in .

Nice staff. Hotel location is noisy and surrounded by homeless population. People off the street were entering the property and getting food from the breakfast area. Safety was a concern for our family.
Clean and fairly quiet. Hotel could use some updates.

Loved the area it was in. The hotel is dated. The lighting in the rooms is not the greatest. The TV keep trying to reload during a show. The mirror/light in the bathroom sink area is not very bright and gives off a lot of heat.
Staff is friendly and speedy helpful when we need them.

Rooms are cleaned very nice. You get down to the breakfast area for breakfast. It’s a pigsty food. Oliver mouse charges on the counter. Then my husband wouldn’t make his waffle and then a mouse run on the back of the counter behind one fridge to the next fridge. I thought that was disgusting. Did you tell the person behind the front desk and then oh well attitude
The room was spacious and clean! The bed was super comfy and was a dream to rest in. The staff there were phenomenal!

We stayed several nights at this hotel for a National Wrestling tournament. The location to the arena and the price was good. Having breakfast on site was a plus. The online pictures of the hotel look better than in person.
The area was less desirable, being on a busy street and close to the freeway, it was super noisy all day and night. Also, the area was packed with homeless camps. It was helpful to be close to many fast food and sit down restaurants though.
Our room was sparkling clean. The window on the second floor opened for fresh air. The staff quickly arranged for an extra pillow and a set of bath linen. The lobby was comfortable. The location is within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Public transportation is excellent, even on the weekends! Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was quite good
I walked in the room to a pungent odour of chemicals and perfume and walked right back out. We suspect the room had been smoked in or had bed bugs so they were trying to hide the smell of the smoke or fumigation chemicals. Absolutely uninhabitable. The property claims to be smoke free but the lobby wreaked of cigarettes. Still waiting for my refund. Had to pack up my family at 9 pm at night and find somewhere else to go at a much, much higher cost. The front desk agent was great.
