-Smoking outside ONLY. Smoking indoors will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 fine. NO MARIJUANA. Smoking pot=cancellation and a $200 fine.

Amazing hosts, house was incredibly clean (surfaces, microwave, floor…other places I’ve stayed sometimes have a little grimy feeling. This home was top to bottom clean) and every attention to detail was considered (plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, games for kids, bedding) I loved the simple and clean aesthetic (not overly cluttered or decorated) Our stay was comfortable and communication was clear and responsive! One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had!! Thank you Dave and AnneP.S. The welcome brownies were incredible. My daughter stated even if the home was a shack, the brownies alone would justify a 5 star rating. Haha

The home was exactly as described. Being able to use the garage for our motorcycles was key. Anne & Dave were very responsive and there were no issues. We would return if we ever needed to stay in Spokane again!

Great place to stay! The house had everything you needed for a relaxed stay. My father had a heart sugery procedure and he was very comfortable there. Nice to park in driveway as well. Not too far from amenities! Loved the accomadations! Thank you so much!

Hot tub was perfect and super clean. All rooms were clean. Hosts are amazing and were very accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed and was super clean. Highly recommend for a place to stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We didn't use the hot tub.We were so impressed with the amenities!You thought of everything...coffee, shampoo, condiments, foilWe really didn't need to bring any of it but other VRBO's aren't as equipped!We absolutely loved it and were only 30 minutes from the wedding venue!

We really enjoyed the comfort of the bedrooms as well as the smart features of the TV we were able to screen share and go through family pictures and play a trivia game together as well. We also enjoyed looking through the adventure Bible and utilizing the kitchen for a family dinner for my birthday. We really enjoyed our time!
