Our stay here was good but the staff was truly excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with housekeeping checking in halfway through our stay.
I feel like the stuff was very rude and very uncooperative and they just wanted it done everything done their way and they were not helpful at all

The first room received was not very clean. I cleaned it up. I had given my thoughts on Expedia. They then said that we would get a newly renovated room that no one had stayed in yet. I am not sure what they meant by newly renovated room. Like the first room I had to mop the dirty floor. To us it just appeared to be a newly painted room. Nothing was newly renovated. Paint splatter was on the floor, in the kitchenette’s sink and we found later on the bed spread. We found that splatter after the bed spread came untucked. The stove knob was broken. Smoking was supposed to be 25 feet from building posted signs said but people smoked outside their doors. Our key card had to be reset everyday of our stay. No irons available at all.
There aren’t many places to park right in front of your room on the ground floor. For the 2nd and 3rd floor you have to carry your luggage into a hallway to the elevator.
The first room I was assigned did not seem clean and smelled of cigarette smoke and spray perfume so bad that I asked for a different room. The staff was very apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. The second room was very clean but the deadbolt would not lock. To go to the office you had to walk through a smoking area right outside the office door.
The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. There isn’t any coffee maker in the room nor is there anything offered in the office. Each room has a kitchenette but there aren’t any supplies like plates or silverware or pots and pans.
If you just need a place to crash for the night it would work well for the price.
The place feels more like a cheap rundown apartment complex, there are obviously guest living there. States no pets allowed, but that policy is ignored. Key card locked stairwell doors weren’t working so there’s no security. We stayed here at a desperation due to wildfire evacuation; would never stay here again.
Property was gross. Pictures online looked NOTHING like the room. Dingy, dark. Absolutely stank of stale cigarettes. Expressed my frustration of being duped to the manager through Expedia app and was disregarded. Felt more like an argument or her trying to prove a point than helpful. Would not provide refund for the first night although I was very upset and shocked by conditions. I’m sure there will be a similar response to this review. Anyway- drove 5 hours and didn’t feel safe at the property so had to stop several hundred dollars to stay elsewhere and couldn’t even get a refund for sheer dissatisfaction and false advertising.

First off the people living there hanging out and smoking outside the front office were nasty! Some were clearly on drugs and making out for everyone to see. And don't even get me started on the prostitute that came out of one of the rooms. The room itself was nasty! Floors clearly haven't been moped in weeks, dirty used socks left by the bed, and the entire room smelled like dirty fryer oil. (We had a room with a stovetop) The smell was so bad all my clothes ended up stinking like the room. AND our front door didn't lock properly we had some random guy walk into our room while we were sleeping.I do not recommend at all.

The room wasn’t clean. The floor hadn’t been mopped, and there was blood on the wall behind the bathroom door and there was blood on the floor by the toilet.
Person who checked us in was great and nice.
Was confusing on how to get to our room. The floor looked dirty and there was a used tampon and tampon packaging in our trash when we got into the room.
This is the fourth time staying here. I stay because of low rates. With the low rates, it can be understandable when the facility isn't fancy; however, there's holes in walls in each room I stay in, microwaves that don't work, doors that don't shut, door locks that don't work, and un-flushable commodes . I was assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I left and returned after it'd been cleaned. The male front desk manager shows contempt for customers complaining about issues. I've stood in line listening to other complaints, and he uses passive/aggressive terms with a sarcastic smile. A patron was told on the phone to walk down and get towels and toilet paper that hadn't been pre-stocked. For all previous stays, the rooms weren't pre-booked by them, but chosen once patrons arrived. During a previous stay, a lady helped me choose a room closer to where I parked, yet, this time, the young man said all rooms are pre-booked once it's known the rooms have been cleaned. I saw many rooms that hadn't been occupied and asked if I could exchange the assigned room since I'd arrived first. "No" was said to me bluntly and aggressively. I pointed out his aggressive tone and he openly admitted that my question pissed him off because I didn't listen. The two rooms immediately in front of where I parked remained unoccupied all weekend. The police raided the location during a previous stay, and the local pizzeria won't deliver there. You decide between low fairs and low standards.
There's not to much unique at all about the property. The property is pretty run down. Strange people hanging out in parking lot. My room door wouldn't lock with a simple close, I had to slam it like 5 or 6 times to get it to lock. Never felt safe at night in my room with the door situation.
