This home is conveniently located 7 minutes from Downtown Spokane and short walking distance to multiple Garland District restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, movie theater and more. 7 minutes to The Podium! There is also a beautifully updated kitchen with new appliances and cooking utensils, if you prefer to do some in house cooking. Take full advantage of the back yard or nearby park, too!
