  • This charming three bedroom, one bath home features spacious living room and a dining room. Very comfortable couch to enjoy your favorite movies on. Full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and drip coffee to accommodate your mornings. Gleaming hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses. Third bedroom has full memory foam mattress. Very clean and very convenient. Close by the river, huge park, bars, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. Gonzaga less then a mile away. Starbucks is walking distance. This home has a great floor plan. You walk into the living-room and a connecting dining room. The bedrooms are spread out. Bathroom features a bath and shower combo. Kitchen has a glass sliding door to the private little side yard. The downstairs is not included in the rental. Its not fully finished. Whenever the host is in town she stays downstairs (you never hear or see her). This is a nice cozy, minutes to downtown and freeway home. Very clean and ready for your stay. Events and parties are NOT allowed at this home. Lots of elderly neighbors around.
