This was the cleanest rental I have ever rented. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfotable and had everything we needed during our short stay. If I can suggest anything it would be a small table or chair in the other bedrooms to set bags, clothing on. Well appointed house! Coming from a veteran family I love the decor!

Great Stay!

Our family traveled to the area for both our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. Close to everything we needed. The house was very clean and as described. The beds were comfortable and the host made sure that anything you may need during your stay was readily available. Check-in information wasn’t relayed via VRBO as expected and I reached out to the host who responded promptly with all information necessary. The overall takeaway is we would definitely recommend this property if you are heading to the Spokane area and when we find ourselves traveling that way again this will be the first property I check availability on.

One of the nicer VRBOs I've stayed in. Clean, near the casino, giant TVs in every room, and great kitchen.

This property was more than we could have hoped for. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, and it was perfect for my family. Every now and then if you listen close you can here a band from the casino. Every thing was neat and clean, the bedrooms were wonderful, the kitchen was perfect for gathering, and the patio was the perfect place to gather and relax. It was also a great place for birds. The most impressive part; however, was the host. He was friendly and accommodating, and he was eager to answer any questions and quick to help with anything we needed. It was a wonderful get away for myself and my family.
