"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still ..."

"The room and washroom are not clean well. I left a towel under the sink and they did not removed it the next day after cleaning the room. Not worth the money and will not return to the same hotel."
