The hotel was very nice, very clean, beautiful views, close to everything, perfect spot and decent price. It was hard to locate at the beginning because it kids just looks like an old building, but inside is beautiful and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful

Wonderful location and a great hotel. Their American TV did not work in one of the rooms and they were not able to fix that which was frustrating.

The aircon vent was dripping when we entered the bedroom. I informed reception and chased them a few times for and update before being told the wet weather was the likely cause and that it should resolve itself. It did, however poor communication. The aircon vent could of done with a clean and the carpet was also in need of one. The rest of the bedroom was clean and comfortable.
The overall hotel looks good and is well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the staff were very accommodating. The spa is lovely.
Shame that the start of our holiday could of been handled better.

"Terrible! Many of the nicest rooms — which depending on the season cost upwards toward 1,000 Euro per night — have compromised views due to construction.
