Trip to Split

Hotel is well located by the city walls and also close to bus and train station. Proprietor very amenable and always helpful with our requests. Hotel is quirky and up a few steps (no lift) but not a problem for us. There is no dining room / breakfast is brought to your bedroom. We enjoyed our trip to Split.

Decent for a nights stay and close to the palace. Inexpensive and met our needa for a night of sleep. Location is ideal though. 1 floor walk up to property. Needs to be better labeled ouside of main entrance.

Ideal location but a lot of problems

This is really a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. The listing said breakfast was included but the owner tried to charge 15 euros apiece for a breakfast several blocks away. We declined. It's up two flights of very dark stairs, pitch black when i had to carry luggage down at 4 am. I paid for a double, but the owner tried to charge extra when my stepson joined me. We were there four nights. The beds were never made, towels left on the floor to be replaced were left there the entire time. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the small room was well equipped and ideally located. The room had a kingsized bed and very squeaky metal bunk beds. Very unprofessionally managed, hard to find, but not as expensive as others.

Do not trust the property photos. Avoid at all costs Refused a partial refund request for accommodation provided not being as advertised. Told we didn’t get Room 4 because it needed a bathroom repair but saw someone using it; also noted host used Room 3. Breakfast: Powdered coffee, powdered OJ and one Nutella filled stale croissant When I asked about using the balcony for breakfast I was told this is where they have their private kitchen No city view Various rooms images used to display furnishing and fake stone walls Gave us Room 2: Is not 28 sq m, it is 16 sq m (4m x 4m)inc bathroom No curtains, broken shades, let in light while sleeping No free bottled water, no coffee maker, tea or coffee in room Room only locks externally using key pad Broken furniture Made own bed with linen folded on top of bed - single sheet included, light blankets with cigarette burn holes in them TV didn’t pick up stations, wifi code didn’t work - host gave a new wifi code Bathroom: No toilet paper until requested, no hair dryer; tiles above ceiling hanging down and unstuck Safety: No evacuation or fire message on our door, no fire extinguisher, felt insecure having an external key pad lock that could potentially be changed by host.

In a great central area in old town. As a wheelchair user, there are 24 steps to the property and no lift or assistance. There was also no clear instructions as to the disabled parking whereabouts. Not value for money

Konum son derece iyiydi. Old town ve denize çok yakındı. Kahvaltı sadece kruvasan ve portakal suyu. İnternet yoktu WiFi olmadan zorlandik. Wifi isteyince şehir FREE WiFi yönlendirdiler. Odalar temiz sayılırdı. Şampuan duj jeli vs yoktu.

När man väl kom in i byggnaden så var boendet helt OK. Informationen om att man behövde en kod för att ta sig in i entrén hade vi helt missat! Vi blev insläppta av en snäll person men sen behövdes en annan kod för att ta sig in till hotellet! Ett telefonnummer stod på dörren och det var bara att ringa! En trevlig man svarade och gav oss koden och sen även koden till vårt rum! Vi har inte träffat en enda personal utan all kommunikation har skett via telefon! Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt med mycket människor runtomkring men det har inte märkts av någonting, mycket bra ljudisolerat! Vi har haft det bra och skulle kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka, nu när man vet hur det funkar!

El edificio necesita una remodelación, tuvimos una noche sin aire acondicionado y no tenían abanicos. Las camas son de metal y sueñan demasiado. La administradora muy atenta, nos permitió mantener las maletas más tiempo luego del check out.

Veldig "jalla" løsninger på badet. Det var lagt på et slags plastbelegg på gulvet i dusjen som var bulkete og delvis ved vasken som var tapet på, bulkete her også. Ikke noe klesskap og lite oppheng/plass til å gjøre fra seg klær. Kun et dusjhåndkle til hver + 1 til å legge på gulvet, pleier å følge med et lite håndkle til hver også. Veldig lytt, og ikke noe gardiner så ganske lyst inn vindu. Ålreit seng og bra AC + kjøleskap med liten fryser. Veldig hyggelige folk.

"Luxery Rooms" nennt sich nahezu jeder in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet. Wermutstropfen war eindeutig die pappdünnen Wände, dadurch war die Klimaanlage des Nachbarn unter uns unerträglich laut. Auch bekam man alles aus den umliegenden Zimmern mit. Das trübt den Eindruck doch sehr. Die Lage ist hingegen fantastisch. Man stolpert direkt in die Altstadt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich.
