"Alex, the property manager was fantastic. I recommend getting What’s App and he will be very responsive. He lives upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. 2 of the baths are down an outdoor breezeway but very close. Great patio area. BBS Bar next door has great good food and is over the ocean, wonderful! Good beach close. Walk around island is interesting as you get to see the locals who are very friendly. Bring bug spray!"

"This was my 60th birthday gift from my husband. What a gift! Clean, quiet, beautiful. My husband couldn't stay out of the water. He snorkeled and found a yellow sea horse hiding in the coral just off the deck. It was a joy to swim, snorkel, relax in the hammock and watch the sea that behaves like a lake. Phillip is a great host; making your stay easy and comfortable. Next time though, I'll take some videos to watch in bed."

"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Host was very communicative, and property manager was on site in a separate home and assisted us immediately when we had any questions. "It was a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property.
