Property overall needs TLC, ground floor lobby bar was unattended on a Sunday night(tried to get a drink several times) front desk girl was nice, she was very helpful.

The jacuzzi in the room was terrible. Many, many times I tried but could not get it to work. Maintenance came multiple times, but they too had a hard time getting it to work.

This hotel was such a gem! It's new, clean, and absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect location in Casco Viejo, central but still peaceful at night. The hotel is split into two buildings across from each other, and one has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with city views.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and housekeeping was totally on top of it. Our room was spotless, the AC worked great, and everything felt fresh and modern. Definitely a fantastic stay for anyone wanting comfort and charm.
