Everything worked well, it was great to have the laundry room with washers and dryers. The staff, and particularly Francesca, were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to resolve things for us, including helping me retrieve a forgotten sweater. I highly recommend staying at Bologna residence!"

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is so central and so fun; you can walk everywhere you might want to go, including right across the street for wonderful food, coffee, people-watching and atmosphere. "O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"This is a must if you are travelling to Bologna. The apartment is very central to main train station and restaurants. The set up is so convenient. Communication with the owners was sensational. Could not fault our stay in this apartment"
