Dear yaeyoung, Thank you for your review and all the positive and also critical things you mentioned about our resort. The Waldhaus annex building is declared and rated 3* (and priced as such) whereas our main building and Sport House building are rated 4* superior. We are sorry that you did not see this when booking and will try to improve clarity on the various booking sites in the future. The annex building rooms are simple but offer a fair price, considering amenities such as complimentary spa access and breakfast correspond to the 4* superior standard. While the rooms are not brand new as the rest of the resort, they have been upgraded with partial A/C, new TVs, wired and wireless internet. While occasionally in comparison with our new rooms in the main house, these rooms cause disappointment, they are hugely popular with our more budget conscious clientele. We encourage readers to compare rooms and prices online and also look at the photos posted. We are convinced that from our attractively priced Waldhaus rooms to our luxury 5 Star villas, you find something that suits your needs. Cher Monsieur Muller Merci pour votre séjour au Delta Park et d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire savoir ce que vous avez pensé de votre séjour. Je suis vraiment désolé que nous n'ayons pas réussi à remplir notre revendication "Un séjour qui vous fait du bien !" avec vous. Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir pu vous convaincre sur tous les points et de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la chance d'une bonne première impression dès la réception. Nous tenons à nous excuser formellement pour la confusion de la carte de chambre à votre arrivée. En fait, on vous a donné par inadvertance une carte de chambre pour une chambre dans laquelle vous vous étiez déjà enregistré. Cette circonstance a été immédiatement corrigée par notre personnel à la réception et vous avez reçu la bonne carte avec des excuses appropriées. En ce qui concerne le dîner, on vous a présenté notre menu pour les clients en demi-pension et on vous a également proposé une table. Malheureusement, l'offre ne répondait pas à vos attentes (pas de bœuf au menu) et donc, avec votre accord, nous vous avons réservé une table dans notre restaurant thaïlandais. Autant que l'on puisse s'en souvenir, cela convenait aussi parfaitement à votre compagnon. Nous regrettons également beaucoup que vous ne nous ayez pas donné l'occasion de discuter de la situation sur place ou à la caisse. Plus que dans n'importe quel autre secteur d'activité, il est dans l'ADN des professionnels de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration de répondre immédiatement et individuellement aux commentaires des clients. Chaque jour, nous nous efforçons de satisfaire nos clients et de faire en sorte que vous passiez un bon moment avec nous. Les innombrables commentaires très positifs de nos clients montrent clairement qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une simple expression. Si votre expérience vous incite à ne plus venir au Delta Park, nous devrons probablement accepter votre décision. Si vous prévoyez néanmoins de revenir nous rendre visite au Deltapark, je vous propose de me contacter directement à l'avance. Dans ce cas, je serais très heureux de vous accueillir personnellement et de faire en sorte que vous puissiez vous convaincre sous une forme appropriée de notre service et de notre hospitalité.
