The Westin Grand Frankfurt
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location on a quieter street, but just around the corner from the city centre (Zeil promenade). There’s possibility of a few homeless hanging around asking for money, but nothing harmful & typical of German cities. Room service with healthy options (& price wasn’t much more than many of the city restaurants, where a loaded burger can run €18). Very clean, spacious room. Cozy bed with plush towels & soft linens. Excellent lighting & storage options (for clothes & luggage), as well as comfortable sofa & large dining table for two. Dark curtains option for deep sleep. Helpful staff. Friendly lobby bar in the back. I’d stay again!"

"Overall, the hotel was good. It had all the basics. The room was nice, especially the spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included and decent. Location was very good. It was close to a train station and there was a grocery store right across the street. Our biggest disappointment was that the bar was not open. Also, there was no ice machines. We asked the staff for help with getting ice, and they said they did not have any."
