VILLA LINA 500 mt far from the beaches

Terraced villa in the centre of Sperlonga, only 500 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the beautiful old town.
Inserted in a context of villas, has driveway access with parking along the private road and independent pedestrian access.
The villa is on two floors with entrance into the living room with sofa and TV, kitchen equipped with all comforts and full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the upper floor the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a large triple bedroom, a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view.
Two large outdoor areas, on the front and back of the house, are furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy life in the open air.
The villa is an ideal solution to enjoy all the comforts of a pleasant holiday in the centre of Sperlonga without sacrificing the proximity of the neighboring tourist centres: archaeological sites such as the Caves of Tiberius just 2.5 km; Gaeta with its monuments and beautiful beaches (km 15). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples.

Completely pedestrianised with characteristic white alleys, bars and typical small shops with local products and handicrafts, not forgetting the archaeological sites, Sperlonga offers tourists an unforgettable atmosphere and the pleasure of returning!

In linea generale tutto bene, proprietaria gentile, impiegata dell'agenzia gentile e disponibile, posto incantevole, vista dalla terrazza ben rappresentata dalle fotografie.Un bemolle : nessun "kit di arrivo" (carta igienica a parte). Domenica pomeriggio abbiamo dovuto fare la grande spesa perché non c'era un goccio di olio, o sale, insomma il minimo che troviamo quasi sempre dovunque ci capita di andare. Basta poco a rendere perfetto un luogo ... Grazie.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa casa che dal vivo e' piu' grande e carina di come sembra in foto. Anche i bambini sono stati benissimo per non parlare del cane. La casa e' ben attrezzata e soprattutto si trova in un contesto tranquillissimo, immerso nella natura, eppure a una camminata di scarsi dieci minuti dal centro del paese. Abbiamo preso pochissimo la macchina e abbiamo fatto tante passeggiate nella bellissima cornice di Sperlonga. Vorremmo rivolgere un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Melis che quest'anno, il secondo che ci rivolgiamo a lei, ha saputo subito individuare la soluzione perfetta sempre con la consueta cortesia e disponibilita'. Sicuramente torneremo.

Beautiful, spacious house in central location

This beautiful house is centrally located between the old city center and the beach, so it's a short walk to anywhere in Sperlonga. The neighborhood is very quiet (dead-end street). The house is very clean, very well equipped, and very spacious (there were 6 people in our group, but the house can accommodate 8 people). There are two patios (one in the front and one in the back) and two balconies (again, one in the front and one in the back). We loved to have supper on the front patio watching the sunset over the sea... the view from the house to the sea and the mountains is awesome! The owner of the house is extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we are back in Sperlonga.
