An absolutely beautiful apartment. Stephania was a fantastic host, helped us park and showed us the apartment, and provided information of things to do around Spello. What a gorgeous town too. The aprtment had everything we need, spotless and beautifully decorated by Stephania - who is a real gem. Can't wait to come back.

Adorable Apartment

Stefania’s apartment is perfectly located within a short walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. It is located on a charming, quite narrow street which is decorated with colorful, potted flowers and shrubs. Stefania communicated well with us as speakers of English and was helpful in recommending the best restaurants. Her two bedroom apartment was meticulously clean and had everything that we needed for a fabulous vacation.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

This is by far my favorite rental I've stayed in! Everything was perfect. Stefania is an amazing host who has created a perfect home away from home environment. Everything you need is provided ...shampoo, conditioner, lotion, water, coffee, chocolate . Stefania's beautiful book of recommendations was very helpful. Literally a few hundred feet from great restaurants. Spello is is as perfect as the apartment! I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

La realtà molto meglio delle aspettative

Conosco molto bene Spello ed ho soggiornato in varie location, ma devo essere sincera che questa volta sono stata veramente fortunata. Location da cartolina, in pieno centro ma in una via tranquillissima, infatti tutti i passanti facevano le fotografie sulla scala piena di fiori del nostro appartamento. L’appartamento, nuovissimo, pulitissimo e arredato con un’eleganza molto raffinata e con fiori freschi. Le fotografie del Sito non rendono giustizia, la realtà è stata molto meglio delle aspettative. Siamo stati ricevuti con una cortesia ed una gentilezza che in questi tempi non si trova sempre, siamo stati coccolati con frutta, bevande e dolci che ci hanno fatto ritrovare le colazioni casalinghe di una volta. Noi eravamo con due nipotine, noi in camera matrimoniale e loro in due camerette ognuno con il proprio televisore con applicazioni di app. aggiornate e collegamento Internet funzionante alla perfezione. La biancheria dei letti in lino elegante e ricamata come le tende della nonna. Insomma un soggiorno splendido che assolutamente rifarò perché questa zona dell’Umbria merita di essere visitata più a lungo e Spello è un punto strategico per poterla visitare. Tutto meraviglioso e meravigliosa anche Stefania che lavora in modo eccezionale e diventa tua amica da subito. Non da trascurare che tutti i dipinti (molto belli) dell’appartamento sono stati fatti sempre da lei. Grazie, spero a prestissimo.
