PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: \-Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles, depending on size: \-2 vehicles in the driveway \-1 vehicle in the garage \-Please park only in the garage or driveway. \-Do not park in the driveways of other units without prior permission. \-Street parking is never permitted per local zoning rules. \-Oversized vehicles, including U-Hauls, RVs, and moving trucks, are not allowed in the driveway. \-One garage door opener is provided for your use. \-This must be left inside the townhome at the end of your stay. \-Failure to return it will result in a $150 fine. TRASH INSTRUCTIONS: \-Keep the trash can in the garage at all times, except on trash day. \-All trash must be bagged before placing it in the bin. \-Place the trash can by the road on Monday night — pickup is early Tuesday morning. \-Make sure the lid is fully closed and do not overfill the bin, or it won’t be collected. \-When placing the can outside, leave at least 3 feet of space around it — away from cars, mailboxes, and other objects.
