"Staff was pleasent. Room was surface clean but don't look too closely. Coffee maker top was ripped off, makes you wonder how closely staff looks at things. Pillows were flat 12x12 size, odd tiny size and to only have two of them. No carpet, which was nice. AC worked, kept room nice and cold all night. Shower had lower pressure but it was clean and drained well. Parking was easy. Left before breakfast but lobby seemed nice and clean when checking in. It's a cheap hotel that was an old hotel cheaply remodeled and cheaply upkeeped, you get what you pay for. It wasnt the worst option for a stay when quickly driving through. "
"The staff upon check in was very efficient and answered all our questions. Our room appeared clean initially, but after a closer look there was hair on our toilet and in the tub. We did not bring this to the staff’s attention as we arrived very late and were leaving very early. We did check out the complimentary breakfast and it did not look fit to eat. Probably would not stay here again."
"Property needs updated. Outside of building is not appealing. Carpet was stained in our room, probably pet stains as room did not have a pleasant smell. "
Plateau Retreat - Stunning View - Pet Friendly - WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"The mountain view was picturesque and I loved looking out through the windows from inside the cabin. You just can’t beat waking up in the morning in a very comfortable bed looking out at that view! The hosts were extremely friendly- talking to Bill was always enjoyable and I was fortunate enough to get an incredible homemade spaghetti dinner from Aleta! Can’t wait to book another trip there!"
"The building is old, but it has been freshly remodeled and they have done a good job of trying to modernize everything. One thing to be aware of there are no USB plugs so bring your boxes."
