    3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house located at the North end of 28th Street in Spanish Wells just 20 second walk to Beach. Fully furnished with central A/C free WIFI and cable TV.
    1 King with private bath downstairs plus queen pull out sofa in living room.
    1 King and 1 Queen bed upstairs with full bath.
    Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water!!!!
    We also offer Boat Charters to Swimming Pigs, Fishing, Swimming with Turtles, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays, snorkeling, beach picnics etc with Capt. Kid & Son Charters, captainkidtours.com

    House is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the dead end street with sand path leading to the Beach just 400 ft away. Area on beach with chaise loungers, chairs, beach umbrella and gas grill all provide. New construction completed in November of 2019. We also have another VRBO property id 1846490 Turtle Shell Cottage that was completed at the same time.
    Free Kayak provided for use.
    2 Bicycles provided for free.
    4 seat golf cart provided for Free !!!!.
    Additional 4 seat and 6 seat Golf Cart Available for rent!
    House is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels and cooking utensils.
    Kayak and bicycles provided for free upon request.
    Island is a primarily European based island. It has 6 restaurants, 4 Bars, 1 large very nice grocery store, 2 small grocery Stores, and 3 Liquor Stores.
    Island is only 7 miles from closest Airport, North Eleuthera Airport or airport code is ELH. It is a 10 minute taxi ride followed by a 5 minute ferry ride over to to the island. Spanish Wells. Once you provide us with your flight information we will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with local shuttle company. Cost is only $20/person for both water and land taxi. Once you arrive on island we will meet you and take you to the house and answer any questions you might have and get you all settled in.
    In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted. ($35/night/guest).

Pleasant stay; close to the beach

My favorite part of our trip

I loved Jody's property as well as this quaint gem of an island. Getting around on a golf cart was a highlight for our kids. The walking distance to the beach was so nice. It was surreal getting to experience the veauty of this island. I hope to one one day visit again.

Great trip!

Outstanding home, great service from host. Everything the listing says is true - super clean - beach accessible- perfect! Other things no one writes - comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, great table for dining and cards/games, comfortable living area for watching TV.

Amazing

The house, location, beach and everything included were amazing, clean and exactly as described/shown! We will definitely be back and stay in one of the 5 properties that the host offers! We also booked a charter with captain kid and sons which a give a 5 star review as well!

Cozy is the key word

The owners of this property were amazing! Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable of the island and assisted with all the comforts needed for a wonderful vacation! The house is updated, gorgeous and well equipped for those that want to prepare meals like we did. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property on an amazing little island. Ample rooms and amenities. Host communication and responsiveness is first class(we had a flat tire on the golf cart late at night and they had it repaired and back at the house within the hour) Would highly recommend to anybody. Beaches are world class

Easy breezy Spanish Wells vacation

Jody and Tara made it so easy to enjoy Spanish Wells. Helped arrange our taxi/ferry from the airport, picked up with the golf cart, easy access to the beach, scheduling boat and Eleuthera land tours, it was so great. If it makes sense for you, bring some hand soap and laundry detergent so you have those without having to buy on the island which is more expensive.

This house was amazing. Super clean. Great location. Spacious property. More than we needed. And just steps away from the beautiful beach! The transportation assistance and the golf cart were an added bonus. We will definitely be back and will refer to friends.

Great stay in Swells!

We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? Either way our stay was great, the property was well stocked, communication was spot on and the overall amenities were excellent. Thank you again!

Relaxing in Spanish Wells

We were a party of 4 adults. Cozy Cove Cottage was a great size with room for 2 more. The convenience of getting around Spanish Wells and visiting other beaches was great. The golf cart is a bonus. We did rent an extra cart which helped getting chairs, cooler and floaties to other beaches for us. Jody was always available and answered all questions.We did a sea turtle excursion with Jody and highly recommend doing this.We hope to visit again very soon.

Fantastic Vacation

We could not say enough positive things about our time on Spanish Wells. Tara and Jody are very quick to respond and are wonderful hosts. The house was clean, in a great location, and had all necessary items. The beach was quiet (no one but us often on the beach) and the sunsets were amazing! My family also loved the charter with Captain Kid and we would highly recommend this excursion. No one in my family was ready to leave this beautiful location or the warm and kind people we met on the island. We can not wait to return to the Cozy Cottage.

Wonderful stay!

The property was just as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with and quickly answered my questions. The house was located on the best part of the island in my opinion. Street was private and took about 2 minutes to walk to a private beach where chairs, kayaks were located. Water was nice for swimming. Also took a fishing charter with Capt. Kid and Sons--wonderful experience. We have been to several other out islands in the Bahamas and Spanish Wells definitely has the most conveniences as far as grocery stores, restaurants. Extremely happy with the house and Tara, the owner. If you go have them arrange your ride from the airport to the ferry with Pinder's. Very low stress vacation!

The house was great, perfect size and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, where a table, chairs, and kayak were available for use. It was nice to have an umbrella provided and plenty of beach towels as well. The beach is beautiful!We enjoyed having a grill to use to cook fresh fish and lobster.
