"Our family of 10 had an unforgettable first trip to Spanish Wells at “This Is It.” Michelle was a joy from the moment we booked — responsive, thorough, and helpful with every question, including navigating travel logistics after landing. Once we arrived, Gail was equally wonderful and incredibly responsive all week. We always felt well taken care of.The property is stunning. The views were unlike anything we’d ever seen, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was the best-stocked we’ve used in any rental — cooking meals together was a real pleasure. The washer/dryer and two outdoor showers were the perfect added touches.Snorkeling to the nearby cay was a highlight, and having plenty of beach towels on hand was a nice bonus. Our full-day excursion with The Salty Pig was truly unforgettable — we swam with stingrays and sea turtles, visited the swings, fed and swam with the pigs, and even spotted dolphins on the way over.This was an adventure our whole family will talk about for years. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend “This Is It!”"

"We loved staying at this house! It is probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Roomy and spacious for our family of 4. The beds are extremely comfortable, memory foam. The yard is full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Easy walk to the amazingly calm sandbar protected beach. The Food Fair grocery store is just a couple of minutes away and Papa Scoops ice cream is even closer. Highly recommend nightly visits there for ice cream! Candida was great and easy to communicate with, whether it be tips on restaurants, needing to change our taxi time, or just general questions. Always prompt in her responses. Especially when then main AC was not working properly. She handled it very quickly and the owners had it fixed it no time. We even got to meet the owners through the AC repair. They were so wonderful and hospitable, we count it a blessing to have had the chance to meet them! We definitely want to visit Spanish Wells again and stay here!"

"Spanish Wells is such a special place, and we truly hope it never changes. Our family of four had an amazing stay at Rake & Scrape. The house was perfect for us—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location.Our kids absolutely loved spending time on the beach searching for shells and catching little crabs, and it made for memories we'll never forget. Lori and Vince were incredible hosts from the moment we arrived until the day we left. They were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely made us feel at home.This trip was exactly the escape we needed from our busy everyday lives, and Rake & Scrape was the perfect place to unwind. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Spanish Wells. Thank you again, Lori and Vince, for your wonderful hospitality. We look forward to seeing you both again in the future!"

"A boutique hotel in a true paradise. One of the best places I've been in the world so far. Great and friendly staff, from the security guard, reception, cleaning, restaurant and beach staff. All amazing people! Two private beaches, great pool and view. Incredible restaurant, great breakfast. Everything is great in this hotel."

"Just perfection! The location of this home is spectacular! The sunrise and sunsets were our favorite. The porch is set up perfectly to enjoy the gorgeous view. The entire home was very comfortable and clean. It wasn’t missing anything! We had a fabulous time and will be back!"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and our expectations were absolutely exceeded! The property was absolutely amazing and had the BEST views! Vince was an amazing host and checked on us often and even brought us some fresh mangos to try. We were quick to make the decision that we would be returning back as soon as possible! We’ve done plenty of long vacations before but even after 8 days we still weren’t ready to leave this place!"

"Rest Ashore was very a very beautiful, clean and well stocked home, the added golf cart made getting around so easy. Any issues were handled promptly without any problems and the johnny cakes the host left for us were delicious. Handled transportation to ferry and then we were given a short tour and ins and outs of spanish wells before taking us to the house and going over things there. The beach is only a 30 second ride on golf cart from house and never had more then 15 people on it. Highly recommend."
