"The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a bar with stools to eat at. My only problem was our room seemed to have flooded recently. The floor was warped. Each square of the flooring was coming up. The vinyl flooring definitely needs to be replaced. The room also smelt “wet.” Luckily it was only 1 night. "

"My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our stay from the moment we walked in for check-in to the moment we left. Upon approaching the front desk, I noticed the employee was watching a video on her phone and a nearby maintenance worker had to alert her to my presence as she was not paying attention. She begun my check-in process, which included additional charges for early check-in and a pet fee (which we were aware of) but she charged them to a different guest with the same last name. I alerted her to the error and she made the correction and provided me with a receipt for the refund to my credit card. However the provided receipt included all the contact information for the other guest (i.e., name, email, and phone number) which made me question the security of my personal information. As for the conditions of the room, we were immediately greeted by a strong mildew odor and my wife noticed live, small cockroaches in the mini fridge. We weren’t able to put food inside the fridge that we had brought from home. After inspecting the rest of the room, we discovered more roaches in the bathroom and crawling around on various pieces of furniture. Surprisingly, the bed was moderately comfortable and appeared to be clean. Ultimately, after an uneasy night, we decided to check-out a day earlier and cut our trip short. Happy to provide pictures / videos of the roaches if requested. This visit has made us question if we’ll choose another La Quinta property in the future."

"Cozy place to return to each day after cheering on softball teams at the Space Coast Complex. Clean, basics provided, and excellent communication with the hosts. Would rent again if in the area for futire events."

"The location was great for our pre cruise vacation. The owners were so great - they allowed us with a super short notice (a few hrs) to stay an extra night at the beginning of our booking. Extremely quick response, friendly and professional. We had a great sleep in a comfortable bed with tons of space and a quiet environment. Easy to locate, near everything we needed and wanted. The washer and dryer allowed us to clean our clothes before leaving on an 8 day cruise; less dirty laundry when we got home. The house is large and spacious with excellent amenities. The house was clean and comfortable over all. We would recommend and we will return. This is perfect for pre and post cruisers, families, couples, and those wanting more than a hotel for visits to the Kennedy Space Center, watching a launch, or visiting the local beaches. "
