"Came over to Cocoa for a concert at riverfront park. This location was conveniently located for that and a good price. Room and bedding were clean and the owner even gave us a ride to the concert. Super friendly staff. Good stay"

"AC didn’t work. When we reported it to the front desk, they promptly moved us to a different room. The pool was nice. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are a little outdated. "

"Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. "

"Corner unit was bright, clean, well stocked, good location 10 minute walk to town,right next to nice pool. Second bedroom was just room enough for single bed only. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle. Would book again."

And I know it’s raining a lot but there were those big roaches on the kitchen on the stove. I’m glad I just had to come in and sleep and not sit around on the sofas or do much in the property b "

"Host is one of the best we've dealt with in many other VRBOs. Parking is fine for a SMALL car ... not a large truck. The balcony was AWESOME, view was beautiful both morning and night! The pool was excellent. The vertical blinds could use some TCL ... be gentle. We will definitely stay again when in state for family events.Thank you, MTBeam "
