"My room was gorgeous and clean BUT housekeeping had been overzealous with whatever scent they were using and the perfumey smell was overwhelming. I was afraid it would either keep me awake or give me a headache and was thankful that neither of those things happened. In previous stays I had been able to text the front desk and after the front desk texted me I assumed I would be able to do that this time too. I texted to ask about pillows that were hypoallergenic (a disproportionate amount of feather pillows) but nobody answered. I did discover that one pillow was not feather and used that one. It was clean and so nice but the allergy/sensitivity issues were triggered for me. Breakfast was wonderful and every staff member I encountered was wonderful!"

"It was a beautiful room and I was traveling with my two pets and you could tell that the room was clean because normally dogs can smell if there’s any thing lingering and they did not see smell anything. The bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing with the shower is the shampoo dispenser was empty and also the refrigerator did not get cold. I would recommend this place highly I really enjoyed my stay."

"I really liked this property. It was an old motor lodge, refurbished. The staff was great, and there were no complaints. It was quiet and very quaint. If you're going to stay in Albany, Georgia, I don't know why you wouldn't stay here. The immunities are fine. The pool was adequate—October is nearly here. The pub was fine; the people were very nice, and the food was very good. What else would you say? I think it was just a good experience all around. If I'm in Albany, I'm definitely staying there. Yeah, we'd definitely go back. If I had to go to Albany, I would."
