Newly renovated, clean & spacious condo

  • My well decorated, clean and cozy condo features 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, a pull out twin bed and has an elevator and a balcony. Located on a golf course, just 4 minutes to the beach and 7 to downtown southport! Owner operated for the BEST customer service.

    Fully stocked kitchen including air fryer and blender.
    Cooler & beach chairs (3) provided. Complimentary coffee bar.
    Walking distance to an ICW boat ramp, a waterfront park, coffee shop & beautiful marina featuring 2 restaurants

    Open parking with room for multiple vehicles, 3rd floor condo with an elevator. Friendly neighborhood hosts this 2 bed 2 bath large condo, stocked and ready to host your next vacation. Inside you’ll find a spacious set up with high ceilings, an electric fireplace and balcony. Located on a golf course with access to tennis courts. Close to a great waterfront park where you can put your boat in the water or bring the kids to enjoy the playground.

    Friendly dogs are allowed, please plan accordingly and bring necessary water/food bowls, crates and doggie bags. Please clean up after your pets. Damage caused to the property can incur a fee.
