At the front desk, Ted was very supportive when we had an issue. Very much appreciated. Hotel is older and somewhat shows its age. However, room was clean and bed very comfortable (as usual with Comfort locations). Toilet leaked however, flushing on its own a couple of times. Breakfast was very good, again as expected. We always try to use Comfort Suites or Inn as no surprises and sleep well.

I've stayed here before, and this time it just felt better. I feel like they are doing a good job of taking care of the hotel. The room was nice and clean! One thing I found is there was some hall noise, but I get that at a lot of hotels.

Pool very cloudy. Outside people not staying at hotel using the pool. VERY dirty place. Reviews were misleading. Helen Keller must have written them. I have never heard of the policy of no room cleanings only after 3 nite stay. We stayed 3 nites. Brought out own trash got new towels off housekeeping cart. Just a very dirty place. Roach in bathroom. I think bed bugs just gross. Woman at front desk said :"all hotels near beach have bugs they're only small ones". If youwant to cancel your stay you booked through Expedia you will have to take pictures of bugs and send them to Expedia. Night 2 saw bugs day 3 saw bugs. Got pictures too late to cancel. Just brought all our stuff in and out everyday made sure nothing was left unzipped or open ...just disgusting. NEVER again. I will drive my camper and stay in it not in their dirty hotel

Staff were nice and courteous. The rooms need attention. Moldy bathrooms, shower handle not functioning properly and loud A/C. After not having the best experience and having to check out earlier— the staff was very understanding and helpful sort things out. Scott was wonderful.

The property is very nice looking and rooms are spacious. We had one of the newer remodeled rooms but coffee was on a shelf that was too tall for me so when I tried to unplug it and move it lower for me to pour the water into it I had to move the mini fridge. That’s when I discovered bugs. I told management and they were nice to move me to another room. Same problem but had even more bugs behind the fridge. The front desk lady was nice to give me a key to another room to see if I’d like to move in there and it had bugs as well and even one in the fridge. Thankfully when I was checking out I saw they were addressing the issue immediately and had the bug exterminator there so I gave him I go in what I saw. Staff is great and the manager likes to laugh with you and tell you jokes. Breakfast was good but the lineup was chaotic
