Classic Boathouse - 2BD Waterfront Cottage - Dock & Float Access

  • This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits right at the water's edge of Townsend Gut. Boats galore can be seen from the deck. One floor living; newly remodeled well-equipped kitchen, water view dining area, water view living room and newly remodeled bath. Cable TV, DVD, gas grill and microwave. You have a dock & float available for your use. Nice, quiet area yet, close to the downtown area and walking distance to Robinson's Wharf where you can buy fresh seafood to take home or dine in. Rent along with the cottage next door (Water's Edge https://www.vrbo.com/488669?dateless=true ) for large gatherings. You provide the linens or we do have a linen service you can use.

    During peak season (6/20-9/5) rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
