Jaw dropping views, visible from almost every room in the house, are bettered only by the private staircase that leads down to the beach. You'd be hard pressed to find a more picturesque place to watch the sunset. A secluded beach, fully-stocked chef's kitchen, outdoor barbecue, and 5 comfortable bedrooms make this house an ideal getaway for friends and family. The space Main floor: An open space living room, informal dining, and chef’s kitchen face floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the water. A separate formal dining room seats up to 10\. (Laundry room is on this floor as well.) Second floor: Primary bedroom with en-suite (toilet + shower) with floor-to-celling sea-front views. One bedroom (queen bed) faces the sea. Two additional bedrooms (queen size) have views of tree tops. One full bathroom (toilet + shower). Bottom floor: A private, open-space suite with a queen size bed, full bathroom (toilet + shower), and sitting area and TV/ entertainment area. Desk and workspace on this floor as well. (Accessible via the garage, private entrance through the backyard, or via staircase from the main floor.) Outdoor spaces: The backyard deck is equipped with a table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs. A private staircase leads down the cliff to a secluded beach (beach chairs in the garage). The front porch also has a table for al fresco dining and a barbecue and outdoor sofas to enjoy the front garden view. Other notes: Driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. House has 3 entrances (main entry door, side door, and garage access).
