We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend.

A lovely Hotel -- well worth it's 5 star rating . Right on the beach and excellent standards with very attentive staff. The price one pays for this Hotel ,however, should mean that Breakfast should be included in the price--- it is an insult to have to pay extra ( at $20 per person).Local diners got our custom.

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

The Golden Topaz way surpassed expectations! Tom the manager was amazing! The property is exactly as the photos look, just opposite is a great restaurant, then there are 4 others down the road towards the beach. The pool is great, breakfasts are fantastic! I would definitely return!

I had a very good experience with the different employees here; they were all so nice and ready to help with anything. They also waited with me for my ride to the airport and helped me with my luggage. My room wasn’t remodeled or fancy, but for the money I paid it was a good place to spend two nights. We stayed for 3 days at this hotel and greatly enjoyed it. Not only that it was very quiet and the hotel was located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, but also the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For exame, they booked for us two trips to Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta and bought for us bus tickets to Mui Né. Highly recommended!

The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...
