Very welcoming and warm staff. Complimentary coffee, teas and pastries in reception. We visited just after Christmas time and it was decorated beautifully. We stayed in a bigger room and the children used the bed settee. It was set up when we arrived. Individual duvets for everyone. Lovely towels and toiletries. Coffee machine in the room with various pods, teas and creamers. Electric hob was useful as we had an early start one day and cooked eggs. Thank you, Adrian for advising we need to put the pan on to heat things up! Hotel breakfast is delicious. Lots of choice. Cereals, breads, fresh fruit, yoghurts, bacon, eggs, pancakes the list goes on. Really enjoyed it being a small hotel, friendly fellow guests. It's close to Bus Stop #1 and #3 depending on your trip pick-up/drop-off. Right next to the lake. We fed the ducks frequently. Very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.
